- European Union
Finished cosmetics placed on the EU market need a safety assessment, product information file, CPNP notification and an EU-established Responsible Person. The importer may be the Responsible Person or appoint another eligible party in writing; an Indonesian supplier does not replace that role.

Halal certification is held per producer and product, not by the sourcing agency. We confirm which lines carry it before coordinating an offer.
- Indonesia
BPOM registration is Indonesian market authorisation. It is useful evidence of a controlled manufacturer, but it does not replace your own market's requirements.
