Who this notice covers

This notice applies to information submitted to Indonesian Origin Exportthrough this website, email or WhatsApp. Indonesian Origin Export is the public brand of a sourcing and export-coordination agency. The registered agency entity and the seller or exporter for a transaction are identified in the relevant engagement, offer or contract.

Information we collect

We collect the contact, company, product, specification, volume, packaging and destination information you choose to provide. The website may also process limited technical information needed to secure the form, such as an IP address for short-term rate limiting. The IP address is not stored in the enquiry record.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, assess product and destination requirements, prevent abuse, prepare a possible producer comparison or offer and keep a business record of the conversation. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Who may receive it

Information may be shared with service providers that operate the website or enquiry workflow, and with prospective producers, laboratories, inspectors or logistics providers when needed to assess the request. Only the information necessary for that task should be shared. A full buyer contact record is not automatically sent to every prospective supplier.

International processing and retention

Enquiries may be processed in Indonesia and by technology providers in other countries. Where a transfer safeguard is legally required, it should be included in the relevant provider agreement. Enquiries that do not become an active contract are normally retained for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive contact. Contract, accounting or compliance records may be kept longer where law or the transaction requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools. Nothing that stores or reads analytics or advertising identifiers runs until you agree: all such consent signals start denied, and the banner on your first visit is what changes them. Declining leaves the site fully usable — only measurement is switched off.

If you accept, we record how pages are used: which pages are opened, which product categories and calls to action are clicked, whether an enquiry form was started, expanded or submitted, and clicks on our email and WhatsApp links. We do not collect the contents of the fields you type through analytics — enquiry details reach us only when you submit the form.

Your answer is stored in your browser for 6 months, after which you will be asked again. Clearing your browser storage removes it. Essential hosting and security infrastructure may process request data needed to deliver and protect the site regardless of your choice.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what enquiry information is held about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to unnecessary processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or contractual reasons.
