This website describes sourcing categories and a possible working process. It is not a catalogue, binding offer, warranty of availability or confirmation that a product or producer holds a particular approval. Only a written quotation accepted under a signed contract can create a commercial obligation. The agency does not own the listed products or guarantee that a producer will accept an order.
Agency role
Indonesian Origin Export operates as a sourcing and export-coordination agency. Unless a signed contract expressly states otherwise, the agency is not the manufacturer, seller, exporter, importer, carrier, laboratory or issuing authority. Those parties remain responsible for their respective goods, services, records and approvals.
Specifications and quotations
Prices, minimum quantities, lead times, samples, inspections, certificates and freight depend on the final specification, producer, season, route and destination requirements. A quotation should state its validity period, currency, payment conditions, named Incoterm with place or port, inclusions and exclusions.
Import and compliance responsibilities
Product pages provide general guidance only. Requirements change and may differ by tariff classification, product form and intended use. The buyer or importer remains responsible for confirming import eligibility, registrations, duties, labelling and destination-market obligations unless a signed contract expressly allocates a task elsewhere.
Parties and payment verification
Indonesian Origin Export is the public agency brand. A formal offer or contract must identify the agency, the seller or exporter, the scope performed by each party and any agency fee. The beneficiary for each payment must be a party entitled to receive it under the signed documents. Do not send funds when names or instructions do not match.

Use of the website
Do not misuse the enquiry form, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or copy the website in a way that falsely suggests affiliation. Brand, copy and original design remain protected by their applicable rights.

These website terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Any signed supply, agency, inspection or freight contract takes priority over these website terms for that transaction, including its governing-law and dispute provisions.
