Data deletion
What you can ask for
You can ask us to delete the enquiry information you sent through this website — what you wrote, your email or WhatsApp number, and any company details you added. You do not need an account, and you do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to sales@indonesia-trade.com from the address you used, or message +62 811 3811 7474 from the number you used, with the word “delete”. Sending it from the same address or number is how we confirm the request is yours without asking you for further identification.
What happens next
We remove the enquiry record and the copy held in the systems that process it. We confirm by reply when it is done.
Two things may remain. Where a transaction went ahead, contract, accounting and customs records are kept for as long as tax and trade law requires — deleting those is not something either of us may choose. And routine server and security logs age out on their own schedule; they are not part of the enquiry record.
Advertising and measurement
If you accepted analytics or marketing cookies, you can withdraw that at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection; to remove data already held by the measurement platforms, tell us and we will submit the deletion request on your behalf.
Enquiries we delete anyway
Enquiries that do not become an active contract are removed after 12 months from the last substantive contact, without you having to ask.
