Who we work with
Wholesalers and retail buyers.
A retail buyer needs an assortment that looks coherent, arrives when the season needs it, and can be repeated when something sells. Indonesian craft and homeware suit that well and the supply structure fights it, because small workshops vary between runs.
What you need that others do not.
- Assortment from one shipment
- Several products, several suppliers, one container. Consolidation is the mechanism and compatibility is the constraint.
- Repeatability of a bestseller
- The item that sells has to be orderable again in the same finish. Natural material and small workshops make that a documentation question rather than an assumption.
- Season timing
- Retail buys to a date. An Indonesian holiday period sitting inside your production window is what turns an autumn range into a January one.
- Retail packaging and labelling
- Barcodes, origin marking and your own market's requirements, settled before production because relabelling a container is expensive.
- Consistency across a batch
- Two hundred pieces on a shelf are compared to each other by customers. Write the tolerance into the order and order from one run.
Where it goes wrong for you specifically.
The reorder that does not match
A bestseller reordered six months later from a different workshop or a different material batch arrives visibly different. Record the specification and keep a retained sample from the first run.
An assortment that cannot legally travel together
Food, cosmetics and homeware in one container is a documentation problem rather than a packing one. Compatibility is decided per product and per destination.
Buying on a photograph
Craft and homeware vary in ways a photograph flatters. Samples of the actual production, not of the showpiece, are what a range decision should rest on.
What we source for you.

One container, several producers
What can share a container and what cannot, why regulatory documents never merge into one set, and the five steps that make it work.
What a sample actually proves
The narrow question a sample answers, and why the sealed duplicate you never open is worth more than the one you evaluate.
When Indonesia stops working
Idul Fitri, Nyepi and Chinese New Year decide whether an order ships on time. How the holiday decree works and why next year's dates are not real yet.
Rattan, water hyacinth or seagrass
Three Indonesian weaving materials sold for the same furniture at different prices. What each can structurally do, and where humidity decides.
Questions buyers ask.
Can I mix categories in one container?
Compatible dry ambient goods, yes. Food, cosmetics and regulated products bring their own document sets and cannot simply be bundled together. Confirm compatibility product by product against your destination before planning an assortment around it.
How do I guarantee a reorder matches?
You cannot guarantee it with natural material, and you can get close. Record the exact material, finish and workshop, keep a sealed retained sample, and order the reorder from the same unit. The alternative is discovering the difference on a shelf.
When should I place an order for a season?
Working backwards from the shelf date through shipping, documents, production, approval and sampling, and then adding the Indonesian holiday period. That is usually several months earlier than a first-time retail buyer expects.
